Anonymous asked: What do you think you are worst at doing in your field?
Uuuuhhhh, since I’m not a prop expert, I have zero knowledge when it comes to molding and casting.
But I guess that really doesn’t answer things. Uhh, my TD frequently tells me that I’m unbelievably anal (yes, he uses this exact phrase) when it comes to my attention to detail and sometimes that can set me back quite a bit.
I’m trying to think if there’s anything that I’ve tried that I’m genuinely terrible at. I take a ridiculously long time to mix paint? And usually mix too much paint? I’m good at wood-graining and other basic techniques, but my painting skills will probably never be good enough for me to be a scenic painter.
Hope that’s a good enough answer.
Generally I try my hardest to increase my skills, and assume I’m at an average level with everything. Anything I’m terrible at, I focus more on until I get better. Uh, yes?
Also, sewing on a sewing machine is still difficult for me.
I don’t really think to myself: “I am terrible at this.” I think more so “I’m new to this, I’ll get better with practice and time”.
